Just a few hours from now, we will be on our way with the first Honks for Jason events. Here’s some information about what’s happening in the first week:
- We have 15 events scheduled in week 1 (July 26-August 1)! You can find the full schedule here or on Facebook here
- Here’s what to expect at our events–please drive by or, better yet, stop and wave with us. Let’s get creative out there, people!
- More info about Honks for Jason can be found here
- Please consider contributing to our partner St Joseph Home
See you out there!
Pete, Rudy and I are sending a check for support. Is there more we can do?Thea

Sorry, I just saw this now–having a hard time keeping up with it all! Thanks so much for your generosity, it is very kind and most appreciated. St Joseph Home has been in existence for almost 150 years and has traditionally adopted and cared for the children and adults with the most disability challenges in the city. It runs on a shoestring, so this will go to great use. It was fine making the check out to me, it’s already in the pot and you are mentioned here: https://howdyneighbors.org/2021/08/05/a-parade-of-honks/
Thanks again!

Hi Jason(and or Pete)
I work at Sycamore and knew Jason. Wish I knew earlier you were going to be at UPS, my husband is a UPS guy and he would have loved to meet you. None the less, we honk for you maybe another day we can go by and HONK to you.
Best of you days and stay well…keep the smiles shining thru,
Mrs Neuss, aka Denise

Thanks Denise! Jason is having a ball. You can check Jason out on NBC5 today: https://www.wlwt.com/article/honks-for-jason-to-raise-funds-for-st-joseph-home/37152018
We are at the UPS Distribution Facility in Sharonville almost every Tuesday when the trucks come out, next one is 9 AM 8/5 if you can make it, it is a joy to see! I’m sure your husband knows Jason if he works from there.
